The Management Committee works to initiate, oversee, track, evaluate, and update implementation of Action Items contained within the PREP Management Plan. Management Committee members include citizens, educators, researchers, municipal officials and representatives from state and federal agencies. 

In addition to the Management Committee, several other committees and teams address specific areas of the PREP Management Plan, such as the Technical Advisory Committee that is made up of scientific and technical professionals who review projects to ensure a high level of scientific and technical accuracy and relevance.

Each year the Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership develops a comprehensive workplan as part of its agreement with the U.S. EPA.  The workplan includes accomplishments achieved since the last workplan and lists goals and project activities for the upcoming year.  Project Teams contribute to workplan development, and the Management Committee reviews and approves the workplan.
