There are many ways to help protect and enhance New Hampshire's estuaries. From choosing environmentally-friendly lawn products to helping collect water quality data on Great Bay, the range of volunteer opportunities can accommodate anyone's level of commitment. The challenge is finding the right fit.

The links to the left lead to a variety of ways to practice stewardship of New Hampshire's estuaries. For information about actions in your daily life that impact estuary health check out Be Part of the Solution: an outreach campaign that highlights six things you can do to keep our estuaries healthy. If you are interested in attending a workshop or meeting about estuarine issues click on our "Events" link. Go to our "Volunteer" page to learn about the wide variety of hands-on volunteering opportunities with local estuary-related organizations that strive to create a better environment for all of us.
